full-blast down-hill roller-coaster diet

yesterday’s diet plan was a failure.

I told Will I am having LIGHT dinner.

At first, it seemed possible. I pumped up my discipline and worked out a planned.

We went to Subang Jaya pasar malam (night market) to get some fruits. got some dragon fruits, grapes and oranges – dinner supplies for a week. Braved through seemingly endless stretch of oily temptations, and left with some chai-kuey (a type of steamed vege dumpling) for myself and three grilled wings for Will. That’s our plan.

We reached home, finished our supposed dineer… suddenly, Michelle called. Temptation stepped in. She made yong-tau-fu! We threw our diet and flew over. Partly because it is rude to decline a food invitation *ahem*, MAINLY, cus she always make such nice food, we drool whenever she say “i’ve cooked”.

I’ve been bringing brown rice to lunch in a container, like a diabetic. Hoping it’ll make some difference. Actually, its steamed brown rice cooked with oats. (Since oats lower cholestrol level)
My maternal family line had had histories of high cholestrol level with low blood pressure. Dad had mild gout and high blood pressure.

And I … am strangely overweighed.

I am going for yoga tonight.
Tomorrow, I’m gona jog… or have a badminton match with Will, if he’s free.

    No doubt… Eating healthy is a sacrified for all of the nice food that you are craving on. Guess what? I lose 2.3kg of fat after a two weeks intense workout @ the gym. I gained this fat when i was on business in Penang for 2.5 weeks (no offense to those Penangite, Penang food is tasty but sometime too oily and it is not that healthy)

    Anyway, one suggestion, you may wanna to try to include Green Apple into your food chain. I took 2 green apples per day (one morning and one at night). BTW, try the high fiber, high protein and low carbs food. Break it to many meals and smaller portion for each meal. Just wanna to let you know that this actually depends on each individual body… this diet plan has worked very well for me.

    Zu, jiayou! jiayou! I’m working hard too. Hope that my plan to lose 1kg (haha, one kg only cos it is really too hard to diet at home, my mum cook delicious food everyday, hehe) during this month holiday in hometown will be successful. Gambate!

    Sansit: you’ve already lost like… what 10kg? mienz!!! seriously, people, this guy looks HOT after the weight revamp. I know *wink* Hey, come to puchong some day… Khoon lives somewhere here too. We have have a weighty discussion. hheheheh.
