Home and back again
I reached Pudu at about 12:15 yesterday on a Konsortium doubledecker .
I went home for my brother who had returned from China for a week’s holiday. Vain-Kev was thrilled when he saw the leather gloves I got him. It was what he wanted, and had even bought a jacket with furry collar. “something to match his look”.
so gay… heh heh~
I got to Shahab Perdana (Alor Staq’s bus station) at 3:30pm. Packed with many containers of frozen sambal chicken and sambal udang in my bag to get me through the winters of grandma-cooked-food-sickness.
I finally got up to the second deck after a fuss of checking my ticket at the counter, the bus lane and registration number. I tripped and fell over stucked out feets and luggages on the walkway.
I was just one row away from reaching my seat when i met a man, in his sixties, standing right smack in the middle. He had one hand locked in his lover’s finger, the other, carassing her back, playing at her long hair and neck. She was only in her 20’s. I wouldn’t care if he did not do all his sexing when I’m trying to get to my place. BUT the fact that he ignored my obvious-fake-so-that-i-could-pass-cough, made me imagine things I don’t usually do. After 2 seconds of impatient eye rolling wait, I asked to be excused. He stuck in his butt, leaning in, expecting an overweighed lady to be able to pass through between an oversized butt - which took up almost two third the width of the walkway. I was disgusted. I squeezed my way through without touching any part of his butt to avoid any contact with a man who could have herpes. *womit*
It was suppose to depart at 4:00pm sharp but some smart ass driver had decided their tea time is more important than thirty passenger eager to reach KL before 10 so that they could get a decent sleep before monday.
No doubt, i had to watch some 18sx touching and kissing (and maybe some quick sexing when I wasn’t watching) for sometime before the man decided to let his lover settle in peace.
That said, the bus finally left Alor Staq half an hour late. I thought I could reach KL in time for my precious sleep. THEN, the smart ass driver once again decided a long dinner will make the passenger happy. Half an hour stuck in Taiping. Time wasted, anger flared. And it was already 7:30pm.
Third stress factor raised at 70km away from KL. PLUS highway management came up with the brilliant road repair idea on a busy Sunday night. Peanut butter traffic JAM lasted for an hour and a half. GREAT~

I bought a MARA LINER ticket online last Thursday. I chose my seat myself - specially indicating that I want a single seater. So proud to announce that I’m officially teh geek who do everthing online now – even getting a bus ticket.
Damn company switched the promised 24 seater to a 36 seater bus last minute. And I had to share my space of freedom with some strangers.

Now, I’m glad I’m back in the comfort of my own home, typing away. waiting to get this posted in office tomorow morning.

Wow that old guy and his gal being affectionate in public? Ins’t that quite uncommon “over there”?

zu: yeh, its not common for an over 60’s guy and a early 20’s gal to appear so … ‘loving’ in public here. Thing is I don’t care if he’s in his 90’s smooching around a girl in her 20’s, just don’t block me from getting to my seat.
