Gan Chin Seng
Someone had been complaining that there hadn’t been any post that had mentioned his golden name in my blog.
So here’s one, dedicated specially for a good friend of mine – Gan Chin Seng. who had been my mentor and buddy, (not forgetting Tik and Annie) during my college times. BIG THANK YOU for ya.
Ok done. Now where’s my 150 dollar?

Sweet Surrender
I had the sweetest dream.
We were in the theme park, playing chase. Stealing kisses. Loving in slow motion.
Its a change after 2 grueling lonely weeks.
Sigh, its so sweet, I don’t ever want to wake up for the day.

I had this sudden urge to buy two dozen Heneiken, plenty of Ikea beef balls and drown this odd-unpleasant feeling in food and alcohol.
Then again, I forgot … I’m not a big fan of beer. Maybe just the beef balls then?
Finally – Friday! In Singapore
Dear all-who-may-be-concerned-about-my-stay-in-Singapore,
Its my urm, 1, 2, 3 … 7th day in Singapore and I haven’t took any pictures. Sorry about that.
So far, it was the same as it had been since I last checked. And I took my first flight … to Singapore. I totally LOVE the sky view. A day time flight is not a bad choice afterall.
Busy/packed MRT is a common sight. People in professional suits roaming the street in the coolest looking pair of pumps/dress shoe. Everyone seemed to be engrossed in their thoughts, books, PSP, Ipods while waiting for the train to reach their destination.
Colleagues at the bank seemed nice. I don’t feel like a vendor here. They’re humourous and … fun. Colleagues back home are very supportive as well. Oh, not forgetting my colleague in Philipines too
Christmas atmosphere is definately thick in Singapore. It seemed like a very commercialised ocassion instead of the usually religiously perceived ocassion back in Malaysia. There’s Christmas songs EVERYwhere. Although, I must admit, too much Jingle Bells hypnotised me into the purchase of a box of candy Canes. Hehe, hope I don’t finish those cute lil’ tongkats up and manage to bring some back to Malaysia.
Ok. I’ll finish up today’s work and wish me luck for tomorow’s trip to Bugis.
XOXO, (to hell I know what XOXO means)
Zuzu
